I have been working at Hope House for more than two years and till this day i still get my hours cut and sometimes my schedule isn’t stabled. The hardest part of the job would be when the clients have behaviors. If staff knows how to properly redirect clients then it isn’t too difficult but if that’s not the case,then it’s pretty challenging. For the most part though it’s a good job to have for some time.
